I just signed a lease deal for 2024 Acura ZDX AWD (not RWD) MSRP of MSRP $70,450 for one time payment of $7,976.
Which come with 24 month lease with 10,000 miles per year, etc.
The city where I live have about 8% tax rate and the above fees included all the tax etc.
This is for SoCal (Southern California) deal and YMMD.

Before I get this deal, I had to go to several (4 Acura) dealers and also 3 other dealers (Cadillac, Nissan) just to see what their best offers.
